What Clients receive with their quote
After a client completes the quote form, they will then be contacted at the time stated by one of our representatives to schedule an in home appointment with one of our licensed New Jersey mortgage brokers. The broker will then meet the client at the date and time requested. After the broker has explained the process, evaluated the factors, and disclosed ALL THE FEES associated. He or she will then provide a written proposal explaining what the client can accept. Once the client has reviewed the proposal and is satisfied with the answers received. An application will be completed and underwriting will take place to complete the loan. Your mortgage broker will be available to you whenever needed to respond to questions.
